This program has more content than you can implement in 6 months. It is meant to support beginner, intermediate, and advanced bookkeepers by giving them everything they need to lay the foundation for growth at each stage. With that said, I recommend you set aside several hours per week to work through the content and implement the work into your business. This is where the 2X weekly CEO hours become so valuable. During this time, you can be study buddies with the whole community and carve out the time to implement what you’re learning. Simply clear your calendar for these calls, show up, and do the work.

The Nest is designed to help with this in a few ways. First, take advantage of the 2X weekly CEO Hours. It makes things so much easier when you know you have to show up and get your work done right alongside your peers. For these sessions, you jump on Zoom and you can turn your camera off and just put your head down and get things done. One participant said, she set her goals and then broke her work down into small bite-sized chunks. Then, she would tackle each chunk on a CEO Hour. That’s a great option! Second, you will learn how to be smarter with your time with using the Full Focus planning method created by Michael Hyatt and our Monthly Goal Setting Calls. Usually, I find bookkeepers and accountants are doing things so inefficiently that they are wasting 10+ hours a week. Once I help you get that time back and show you how to break down your goals (like implementing the program materials) step-by-step, you should experience wonderful momentum and more free time on your calendar.
