Whenever I’m missing the mark (because we all do sometimes!) - one of two things is true:
A) I’m busy with something that’s truly more important (like family issues, health challenges, etc.) - In this case, I give myself grace and follow the planning system to adjust my focus to fit my new priorities.
OR…
B) I’m not holding myself accountable and showing up like a true professional (read: slacking off) so I ask myself, “Justine, when are you going to quit B.S.ing yourself?” and I get right back on track.
